Ordered twice off merchwarehouse and both times took over a month for my items too arrive, not too mention the first time I placed an order they forgot too send it, also both times leaving everything up to me, I was the one having to email them to make sure I get my shipping details, tracking number ect. Your customer should not be the one emailing you over and over too make sure you dont forget to ship my item and making sure I get my shipping details. NEVER buying off merchwarehouse again nor would I recommend anyone else too. very unhappy

MerchWarehouse is terrible.

I ordered a shirt last month for my boyfriend's upcoming birthday. It was only when I received my confirmation email did it say in fine print that it could take one to three weeks to process, then I'd get a tracking number and it could take up to another week to be delivered. Most places only takes about a week or a little longer, but by that point, I had already paid for it, so it was just going to have to be a late birthday gift. Fine. So as of last week, it had been three weeks since I placed my order. I still didn't get any kind of tracking number, so I sent an email. Customer service was rather nice, said they were sorry but it would be shipped shortly. It has been 4 weeks as of yesterday and still nothing. So I emailed them again. I told them I wanted to know what was going on and if they didn't ship it out soon, I was gonna have to just cancel my order. I got a response that simply said: It will be shipped out shortly. I guess that's the only word they know. I give up on this place. You would think if you had someone emailing you every week, that you would make a point to get that order out. Nope. I'm thoroughly annoyed. I always try to shop around to find the best bargain before buying...I guess that's what I get for trying to save a dollar. Don't get me wrong, they have really great band merch, but this place is a joke. Never again will I even type their website into my address bar. Shameful company. Every review I have read has been negative. It's not worth the time, money or hassle. Beware!

This company is a ripoff

Merch Warehouse they said it would be a while until the t-shirt order was filled. It was several months waiting. Now they say they cannot fulfill the order and will only give store credit. Any order using store credit requires an additional $5.00 shipping. This place is a scam. The website is inaccessible now as well. It looks like I'm out the $$. Perhaps I'll get the credit card company to help with this and in the future be more careful about where orders are placed. DO NOT order from this company--not sure if this really is a company or just a place to waste $$.

Merchant Warehouse Mobile Credit Card Processing Services Lied

I own a small business, and was in need of a mobile credit/debit card processing service. I wasn't pleased with the reviews of other companies, and finally found Merchant Warehouse. At first, everything was fine. The saleswoman, Denise, was helpful and the sign up process was easy. The rates were lower than expected. We received (and paid $50 a piece for) two mobile IdTech card readers. We were told upon signing up for Merchant Warehouse that our Android smartphones would be compatible. They are NOT. We have a Samsung Galaxy s2 and a s4 and neither phone is compatible with the card readers. The first tech support person told us that there was nothing I could do except cancel my account. Poor customer service. I called back again and was told that it was because of the cell phone service providers we use. I was never informed during the sign up process that some cell phones are not compatible, and was not told during the first phone call that it could even be due to my service provider. Now they will not give me my money back for the card readers, and will not waive the rate increase due to not being able to swipe the cards any more.

I'd say that's not really poor customer service. They did offer to cancel your account and I assume they would take back the readers.

There's so many Android phones out there that it's hard to keep current with which phone is compatible and I would think that falls on the IDTech company since they manufacture the card reader you were sold.

Not sure what resolution would have made you happy here.

I JUST REALLY WANTED MY SHIRT

I had been searching for quite a while for a certain shirt from one of my favorite bands, and I was pretty siked when I found it on merch warehouse. So of course, I bought it and got the email on how it would take 1-3 weeks to prepare my order and about a week to ship it. It has already been well over a month since I have ordered the shirt, and yes they have already charged me. I have tried to email them thinking there may have been some sort of issue, but of course, no reply. Honestly, I just still really want the shirt. But I DO NOT recommend this website to anyone. *** MERCH WAREHOUSE! -.-

Order taking too long

I ordered something about a month ago. From a website called Merch Warehouse. I am pissed because all i want is to get my shirt! I seriously want to see some serious consequences upon the company. I e-mailed them and they wont reply back with an order status! I have searched everywhere for reviews and they are all bad reviews! So its not just me. This has never happened before, but I am never going to order from this *** website ever again! They deserve to be taken down forever! I do not recommend this website to anybody! So can I please get some help?
